Dual Credit Communication 143 (Speech) Course Description:

Length/Credits: 1 semester – 1 High School Credit / 3 Vincennes College Credits
Open to: Grades 11, 12
Prerequisite: Students must have a 3.0 and their counselor's approval to Achieve Virtual's office.

Introduces fundamental concepts and skills for effective public speaking including audience analysis, outlining, research, delivery, critical listening and evaluation, and the use of visual aids/technology.
